The Role
Production Co-ordinator

As a Production Coordinator, you’ll work within the production team and will report to the Senior Producers on specific projects and in the office, working closely with both Producers and the Creative team to help bring ideas to life from pitch through to delivery. You’ll be an integral part of the team and will be tasked to keep various projects and day-to-day tasks on track, coordinate suppliers, assist with budget management, support interns and help run our office, all while helping deliver distinctive, multi-platform experiences that meet creative ambitions.

You are highly organised, proactive, and collaborative with a passion for creative production. You should feel confident managing multiple priorities, supporting Producers and keeping projects running smoothly. This is a role where you’ll grow your management skills while helping to deliver ambitious, standout work.

 

Overview of Key Responsibilities:

Production Delivery

  • Support Producers in planning and delivering productions on time and on budget
  • Align creative ambitions with operational and financial requirements
  • Coordinate schedules, resources, and suppliers across multiple projects
  • Ensure compliance with client contracts, company policies, and safety standards

Finance & Procurement

  • Track budgets, expenses, and payments with Producers and the finance team
  • Raise and process POs, invoices, and procurement documents
  • Manage petty cash, receipts, and timesheets for freelance staff
  • Ensure cost efficiency and value for money in all production spend

Team Support

  • Oversee junior production staff and runners, ensuring best practice and motivation
  • Managing daily office and project tasks
  • Maintain professional client-facing standards across all touchpoints

Logistics & Operations

  • Manage travel, logistics, and venues for teams and event
  • Prepare production documents: schedules, handbooks, call sheets, risk assessments
  • Keep accurate meeting notes and records
  • Oversee day-to-day office management tasks

Creative & Supplier Relations

  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, freelancers, and creative partners
  • Coordinate design assets, rights information, and deliverables for projects
  • Provide pitch support, including research and presentation decks

Continuous Improvement

  • Champion new methods, tools, and technologies in production
  • Identify ways to improve efficiency and workflows
  • Promote diversity, collaboration, and creative problem-solving

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience coordinating productions across different formats, genres and events
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end event & content production
  • Experience supporting projects through budgets, schedules, and delivery standards
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety and risk management in production environments
  • Excellent organisational, planning, and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and with external partners
